Are you looking to extend your home either by building onto the property or converting unused outbuildings and incorporating them into your home or perhaps creating an annexe?

We can visit your property (at no cost in most cases) and discuss your needs and dreams for the future. If you like what we can offer and wish to commission us to resolve your problems, we would photograph and survey your property during the visit. We then produce a set of initial plans for you at a later date for your inspection. When you are happy with the finished design and layout, we produce a final set of plans for your use in obtaining the relevant permissions.

If you decide to commission our services to create a design tailored to your needs, there is a one-off fee payable with no hidden extras! What we quote is what you pay; we do not charge you for minor alterations or extra sets of plans! We have built our reputation on being fair to our Clients and listening to their needs.
